Welcome to the North Hill Preservation District located in beautiful Downtown Pensacola, Florida.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the North Hill Preservation District occupies a 50-block area bound by Blount, Wright, Palafox, and DeVilliers Streets and represents one of the best preserved residential historic districts in Florida. The majority of the homes date from either Pensacola’s lumber boom between 1880 and 1914, or the brief post-war properity of the 1920’s. A variety of architectural styles are present, including Queen Anne, Classical Revival, Craftsman Bungalow, and Mediterranean Revival.
