- The key to a great neighborhood is community involvement and support. We invite and encourage you to join the North Hill Preservation Association as we work together to preserve not only our nationally recognized historic district but also our wonderful sense of community. Since 1974, through membership dues, donations, and the work of countless volunteers, NHPA has continued to enhance and improve the North Hill Preservation District. Membership is open to all those who wish to preserve beautiful North Hill as defined and granted by the NHPA Bylaws.
- Members enjoy access to our private Facebook group which provides real time information and acts as a private bulletin board.
- Members enjoy events such as the Newcomers Social, Spring & Fall Festivals, Founders’ Day Dinner & Annual Meeting, Movies in the Park, Luminary Night, and the Annual Holiday Party.
- The dues provide upkeep and equipment for Alabama Square Park and other neighborhood parks as well as neighborhood banners and flags.
- Guidance and information on exterior house and yard changes and the Pensacola City’s Architectural Review Board process is available.
2025 Membership Drive – 1 January to 28 February
Membership is $50 for the current year per household or business; multiple memberships are available if desired. (Members who want a membership for both their household and their business will need two memberships.)
The cost of the neighborhood activities and capital improvements we have planned for this year has increased due to inflation, any additional contributions will be greatly appreciated.
