The Tour of Homes returns Sunday, November 29, 2026, welcoming hundreds of guests into six historic North Hill homes to begin the holiday season. Sponsors make the afternoon possible, and every dollar supports the North Hill Preservation Association’s year-round work protecting one of Florida’s largest residential historic districts.

Your sponsorship includes a booth at Alabama Square, so the market committee needs a few details to place you and to build the vendor directory. These are the same questions every market merchant answers.

The NHPA does not provide tents, tables, or equipment; merchants bring their entire setup. If you bring a canopy it must be a white 10x10 tent.

We cannot guarantee accommodations, but we will do our best to help. Please note: no electricity is available to merchants at Alabama Square, and generators are not permitted for booth vendors (food trucks with onboard power are exempt). The sun sets at 4:46 p.m. on market day, so battery-powered booth lighting is strongly encouraged for the final hour.

Market day schedule and terms(Required)

I will arrive to set up no earlier than 9:30 a.m., be fully set up by 11:00 a.m., keep my booth open until the market closes at 5:00 p.m., and be packed up by 6:00 p.m.

I understand the Christmas Market is rain or shine, that accepted applications receive a $25 invoice with nothing due before October 3 for early bird reservations, and I agree to the market terms including a release of liability for the NHPA and the City of Pensacola.

Setting up early keeps the square calm and welcoming when guests arrive at noon.

The Pledge, In Plain Terms

Your pledge reserves your sponsorship and locks your Early Bird rate, with nothing due today and nothing to pay until October 3.
A pledge is a reservation, not a contract. If your plans change before payment, tell us and we will release your spot with our thanks.
Limited sponsorships are first come, first served by pledge date. When a level fills, new pledges join a waiting list and keep their pledged rate if a spot opens.
If anything about a placement ever needs to change, we will work it out with you directly and fairly.
