North Hill

Our biggest event during the year is our annual members-only Founders’ Day Dinner and Meeting, held this year at the Pensacola Country Club. The evening consists of a cash bar, a three-course dinner, a brief speaker presentation, a brief NHPA business meeting and board election, and finally a presentation of the year’s Joyce Turner and Edwin Hacker awards. Past speakers have included beloved local historians John Appleyard and Norm Haines, long-time North Hill resident Bill Turner, and local architect Carter Quina.

It’s an event-filled night that brings home the reasons we exist as an association — community, fellowship, and a love of North Hill’s history and a desire to preserve that history for generations to come.

Details of the ticket price, menu, speaker information, and election slate will be made available closer to the event date. Adult members and their guests are welcome.

Space is limited, and an RSVP is required. Dressy attire is appropriate.
